Reminder of YMCA billing policies
Before and After school withdrawal. It is the YMCA’s policy that written notice must be given 15 days in advance of canceling your child’s plan through the ticketing system. This allows for accurate planning for staff to participant ratios. Fees may apply if upgrading plan option.
Any outstanding balance must be paid at the time of withdrawal. If cancellation is received after draft - no refund.
Before and After school change. It is the YMCA’s policy that written notice must be given 15 days in advance of a change to your child’s plan through the ticketing system. This allows for accurate planning for staff to participant ratios. Fees may apply if upgrading plan option.
Summer Day Camp withdrawal. It is the YMCA’s policy that written notice must be given at least 15 days in advance of withdrawal from the summer camp program through the ticketing system.
Summer Day Camp change. It is the YMCA’s policy that written notice must be given at least 15 days to change camp weeks through the ticketing system.
Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Payments are continuous and can only be cancelled or modified by notifying the Business Operations Center. There will be a $25 cancellation fee assessed. No credit is given for absences within the program, including illness and injury unless a 15 day notice is provided
Accounts will not be adjusted, and credits/refunds will not be given for non-attendance, including illness. When you enroll in our programs you are reserving space, time, and staffing whether your child attends or not.
The YMCA reserves the right to dismiss a child from the program upon notifying the parent. Refunds or credits will not be issued for dismissal from the program due to behavior.
